Low-stock alerts and restock requests
Set a minimum and a target for each part at each location. PartPilot lists what's running low, and technicians can ask for a restock, which a manager fills from the warehouse.
Purchase orders and receiving
Start an order from what's low, get it approved, and receive it as it arrives, even when it comes in pieces. PartPilot won't let anyone receive more than was ordered.
Everyone sees what their job needs
Owners, managers, warehouse, purchasing and technicians each get their own access. Technicians see only their truck and the shared warehouse, without prices or suppliers.
Barcode scanning
Scan a part with a handheld scanner, or with a phone's camera in browsers that support it (like Chrome on Android), to go straight to its stock.
